You must log in to LX Starter to use its features. If you forgot your password, you can reset it.
You must be assigned a consortium role to log in to a consortium site. If you aren’t assigned a consortium role and you try to log in to a consortium site, LX Starter redirects you to your member site.
If you have trouble logging in, you can open a ticket with Customer Support.
To log in to LX Starter
- On the Welcome page, enter your user ID or email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select Login.
LX Starter starts a session across all products your role allows you to administer.
To log out of LX Starter
- Select the down arrow next to your name in the upper-right section of the page.
- Select Log Out.
LX Starter ends your session in both LX Starter and Discover.
